The West of Scotland Football League oversees grassroots and semi-professional football across the region. As Vice Chairman, I'm responsible for digital strategy, communications, and operational modernisation.
This means bringing the same systems thinking from commercial projects to sports governance — improving how the league communicates, manages data, and engages with clubs and supporters.
Grassroots football is the foundation of the sport. Better digital infrastructure means better experiences for clubs, volunteers, and fans. It's about applying professional-grade systems to an organisation that runs on passion and limited resources.
Different from commercial projects, but the principles are the same: build systems that work, scale, and last.
